Permit: To enter Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso, and Tso Moriri, all visitors—foreign and domestic—to the Leh Ladakh Inner Line zone must have a permit. To visit tourism spots in Ladakh, foreign travelers need to get a Protected Area Permit, which is different from the Inner Line Permits needed by local tourists.
