One of the most visited tourist destinations in Chitrakoot is Ramghat. Lord Ram, Sita, and Lakshman appeared before the renowned poet Tulsidas in the placid ghat that borders the Mandakini River. He would then sit by the river and compose Ram Charitra Manas.
Ramghat is the most visited bathing ghat and the hub of all religious activities in Chitrakoot. An individual is said to be cleansed of all sins by bathing in Ramghat. The spirit is soothed and moved by the aroma of incense sticks and the chorus of sacred chants sung by the saints dressed in saffron at Ramghat. You can go boating in the river and take in the beauty of the area till nightfall. You can also attend the arti, which features lovely diya lightings, bell sounds, and sacred chants.
It may have many characteristics in common with other Indian ghats, but it differs from them in one particular way. Tourists can take advantage of the ghat’s boating facilities, which are located along the steps that lead to the river.
